DPX stands for Disposable Pipette EXtraction. It is a patented solid-phase extraction (SPE) device that is unique from all other SPE devices. in 3 easy steps!

Rapid cleanup of milk solution to remove proteins and sugars is shown in this video. A small volume of whole milk (100 uL) is pre-mixed with 400 uL 50% acetonitrile and water, and this solution is aspirated and mixed inside the DPX-WAX tip.

The "cleaned" solution is then dispensed into a vial for subsequent LC/MS or GC/MS analysis. The extraction takes just 1 minute to perform, providing a clear and colorless solution.

Rapid cleanup of a spinach solution is performed to remove chlorophyll from the extract. A solution of spinach extracted from acetonitrile (10 g spinach to 10 g acetonitrile) is aspirated and mixed inside the DPX-Qg tip.

The "cleaned" solution is then dispensed into a vial for subsequent LC/MS or GC/MS analysis. The extraction takes just 1 minute to perform, providing a clear and colorless solution.

A protein crashed whole blood sample (0.2 mL with 0.3 mL acetonitrile) is aspirated and mixed inside the DPX-WAX tip. After approximately 30 seconds, a clean solution is dispensed into a vial and is ready for analysis.

This rapid cleanup results in a solution that is free of ion suppression and matrix effects when using LC/MS/MS analysis.
